My journey has included remodeling projects and the restoration of historic homes, some dating back to the early 19th century. These experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship of the past and the enduring quality of wood. When I'm not in my workshop, I enjoy the lively company of my wife, three dogs, and seven cats! Woodworking provides the perfect balance – a therapeutic escape where I can create and find moments of peace.
The name Three Feathers Woodcraft was inspired by the many peaceful walks my wife and I take in the woods. It seemed we'd often find three feathers from different birds along our path – a reminder of the beauty and serenity of nature that we strive to bring into our work. Located in Rosewood, Ohio, I have over 20 years of experience working with a variety of woods, from the familiarity of pine to the allure of exotic hardwoods.
My goal with Three Feathers Woodcraft is to build a path toward a fulfilling semi-retirement, where I can focus on projects that bring joy to both myself and my clients. I have a keen eye for the unique character within each piece of wood, and I strive to create pieces that showcase its natural beauty and longevity.
